About Finax
The Finax family company is one of the leading cereal companies in the Nordic countries. The head office is located in Helsingborg, which is also the location of our own mills.
Here we make flour, bread mixes and last but not least our famous muesli blends. As early as at the end of the 1970′s, Finax Sunt & Gott was introduced, the first Swedish muesli which remains one of the most well-known and bought in Sweden!
Another in which Finax is a leading name is in the gluten-free product assortment, where we offer wide range of gluten-free / naturally gluten-free flour mixes, cake mixes and muesli. We are, for example, the largest producer of gluten-free flour and mixes in Europe and have more than 50% of the Nordic market share.
Finax Brod, formerly Ångbagar’n, is a Scanian bakery with a long tradition which has been a part of Finax since 1997. At our bakeries in Trelleborg and Karlskrona, bread and crust biscuits are baked for Sweden, Norway, France etc.
We are also active within the institutional kitchen sector thorough Pile Food AB, where we sell mostly deep-frozen products via the established institutional kitchen wholesalers, for example, Menigo and Servera.
