Finax Quality Declaration – BRC

We shall be means of a systematic quality control at all stages meet out customers’ expectations and needs and thereby be and attractive and competitive supplier of cereal-based products.

Safe products of high-quality also require a detailed and structured quality control. We work with quality control according to HACCP (Hazard Analysis of Critical Control Points).

Finax products shall meet external requirements with regard to Swedish foodstuffs legislation and EU directives. We work constantly on continuous improvements and quality assurance. This is an ongoing effort every day.

BRC-standard

BRC is an internationally recognised hygiene standard developed by the British Retail Consortium for foodstuffs producers. The BRC-standard aims to increase foodstuff safety. Many of the largest retail trade blocks in Sweden place demands on their suppliers to meet the requirements in the standard. To be certified means that we compiled documentation which described how we worked with quality, product control, process control and staff. In this documentation, there are clear instructions and work manuals for each department within the company. The quality system helps us to produce hygenically safe and wholesome foodstuffs. At each annual revision, we have maintained our A class certification.
