Baking in a bread maker
For those of you who have access to a bread maker, you can easily bake your own gluten free bread. Follow the instructions on the bread maker.
For best results, use the “rapid bake” program and let the dough rise only 1 time. We recommend to weighing the flour mix, as gluten free flour tends to become compact.
