In our speciality assortment, we currently offer spelt and durum flours.

Finax Spelt Flour is a whole-wheat flour which is exceptionally suited to baking. Bread and buns become airy and get a rich and full-bodied flavour.
The yellow kernel of the durum wheat is what gives the flour its fine colour. Durum wheat has stronger gluten than ordinary wheat which means that it is exceptionally well suited to pasta as the dough is pliable and easily worked.
