Finax Fiberbrodmix is a true classic. It provides a simple, powerful and juicy bread, similar to Danish rye bread. Since yeast is already in the mix, you just need water added. And each consumer package is sufficient for two good fiber bread.
When we recently evaluated the product, we decided to not make any changes. Instead, we did tests and baked different recipes on how to vary the already good base. The result was a bunch of tasty bread with interesting ingredients such as garlic, olive, banana and cinnamon.
